Christie’s Auction House released their assessment of the collection of the Detroit Institute of Arts a few days ago. INCA invites you to join an open forum public dialogue on the issue of the “monetization” of the “assets” of the Detroit Institute of Arts by the emergency manager Kevyn Orr, as part of the bankruptcy process of the city of Detroit.
